RHV Steyr with its member municipalities uses the advantages of BaSYS and GeoOffice. It has a central BaSYS database, by means of which BaSYS maps and Basys opera are applied and which is also accessed by the member municipalities via GeoOffice/WebOffice. Mrs. GF DI Schürrer-Wizani will explain how the path from the sewer database to the knowledge database was mastered and why the communities have many advantages as a result.

Augmented reality does not only exist in science fiction movies: It has long since reached our “everyday surveying”. In his presentation, Dr. Andreas Meyer shows how augmented reality (AR) can significantly simplify the process of data maintenance in BaSYS for house connections in water supply and other trades.

Martin Waldl, Managing Director of DDL GmbH, shows in his presentation how the performance of BaSYS can be analyzed and improved with a few tricks. The daily work with BaSYS can thus be made much more effective and goal-oriented. Furthermore, Martin Waldl explains in his presentation which principles have to be observed in data management so that problems can be avoided during data exchange.

We welcome all participants* to the 4-star Hotel IMLAUER & Bräu Salzburg. In the meeting and event areas of the hotel we find the decisive extra, such as seminar rooms with state of the art equipment, sound insulation and pleasant air conditioning. The first-class cuisine is also convincing, served to our liking by the team at the IMLAUER brewery restaurant.
Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. The reception is open 24 hours, all rooms are air-conditioned and free W-LAN is available. At the IMLAUER parking lot on Faberstraße/corner of Humboldtstraße you can park your car for 18 euros per 24 hours, subject to availability. Three e-charging stations are available for a fee.
Please remember to book your accommodation in time. Salzburg is a popular destination and rooms are in high demand. We have had a room allotment held for the event period. This is not a reservation – availability is guaranteed until October 10, 2022.

BaSYS User Conference Prices
We charge a flat conference fee for the two-day event. This includes documentation, food and beverages during the conference days as well as the evening program on Wednesday evening. If a BARTHAUER software is purchased after the User Conference until xy 2023, the conference fee can be credited to the purchase price under consideration of the crediting conditions*. All listed prices are exclusive of VAT and are to be paid by invoice. Cancellation free of charge is only possible in writing and until May 25, 2023.
*Crediting conditions
The conference fee can be credited after the event when purchasing BARTHAUER software under consideration of the crediting conditions. Per orderer, the conference fee of one participating person can be credited once in the amount of the early bird price (349,- Euro net). Please indicate the invoice number of the UC conference fee in the written order. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offset the conference fee against the maintenance fee. This does not apply to orders already placed, not to third-party software and only to orders received in writing by Barthauer Software GmbH by the end of April 2023 at the latest.
