In this seminar the basics of hydrodynamic calculation are explained by means of exercise examples. The ways of data import and the creation of library data, e.g. rainfall data and surface types, are shown. For runoff generation, the creation of catchment areas and the assignment of surface characteristics is carried out. On the basis of different examples the technical and hydraulic construction detailing is made and discussed which possibilities of the modeling exist. The network is prepared for the runoff transport, so that a calculation can take place. Finally, the simulation results are examined and explained using various evaluation options.
