Software Consultant (m/w/d)

We develop software solutions for above-ground and underground infrastructure. Our large customer base consists of engineering offices, special purpose associations, municipal service providers and companies, public utilities as well as industrial companies and airports. If you are self-confident, like to present and negotiate, then we need you: a communicative and empathetic person to support our colorful team of engineers, geographers and computer scientists.

Your tasks

  • Support and technical consulting for our existing customers* at home and abroad

  • Acquisition and consulting of new customers

  • Preparation of offers

  • Coordination of appointments for the colleagues* in the field service

  • Preparation and follow-up of customer visits, trainings and trade fairs or conferences

  • Processing of our customers’ requests and documentation of all processes in the CRM system

Your qualification

  • Training in the commercial or technical field

  • Professional experience in internal sales – ideally for technical software

  • Confident in the German language, both written and spoken

  • Competent and confident interaction with customers – even in stressful situations

  • Customer-oriented as well as entrepreneurial thinking and acting

  • Motivation, quick comprehension and willingness to learn

  • Structured and conscientious way of working, flexibility and commitment
