Technical customer service employee (m/f/d)

Barthauer Software GmbH develops software solutions for above-ground and underground infrastructure. Our large customer base consists of engineering offices, special-purpose associations, municipal service providers and companies, public utilities as well as industrial companies and airports. To support our customer service team, we are looking for a communicative and IT-savvy employee (m/f/d) at our Braunschweig location.

Your tasks

  • Receiving and recording all IT and program-related customer enquiries
  • Analyzing and tracking customer inquiries and developing practical solutions

  • Carrying out installations and commissioning of Barthauer products for our customers

  • Documentation of your solutions in our customer portals

Your qualification

  • Completed training or further training in an IT-related field and ideally initial knowledge of a database management system (SQL Server/Oracle)
  • High IT affinity and a good technical understanding

  • Very good communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact as well as a team-oriented way of working

  • Resourcefulness in solving technical-analytical tasks, curiosity and quick acquisition of new know-how

  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
